"There are more instances of the abridgment of the freedom
of the people by gradual and silent encroachments of those
in power than by violent and sudden usurpations." --James
Madison, speech at the Virginia Ratifying Convention, 1788

Americans For Prosperity - Cobb Chapter hosts:
"Making
The Grade In GA: Educational Freedom and Justice for All"
This
week, the Americans for Prosperity - Cobb Chapter will host
the film "Making The Grade In GA: Educational Freedom and
Justice for All" joined by 5 large satellite viewing
locations and a hundred more home viewing parties around the
state! The issue and the need for more school choice in
Georgia has never been more clear.
Today, our college graduates face the highest unemployment
rates in history.
American 15-year-olds rank 35th out of 57 industrialized
countries in math and literacy.
Americans shouldn’t rank 35th in anything!
We'll get updates from our various task forces: Gold Dome
Team with a report on state legislative news; the Federal Task Force; as the
County Watch program.
If
you've been putting off getting involved, now is the time to
get engaged.
As always, our meetings are open to ALL who seek
to learn the principles and spirit of individual liberty and
constitutionally limited self government. Please feel free to forward
this email and invite your friends.
Yours in liberty,
The Georgia Tea Party

AGENDA 21 - How
Sustainable Development Negatively Affects Your Family and
Community:
January 28th
Date: January 28, 2012
Time: 9 am - 2:30pm
Location:
Double Tree Hotel - Marietta
2055 S. Park Place, Atlanta, GA
30339
Sustainable development may sound like a responsible avenue
to travel, but dig deeper and you'll find that's not the
case.
Join Tom DeWeese, a top Agenda 21 expert, for a presentation
that will reveal the true intentions of those publishing
sustainable development through the United Nations' Agenda
21.
You will learn how Agenda 21 (Sustainable Development)
negatively affects your property rights, family, community
and YOUR FREEDOMS. And how to explain it to your friends and
neighbors. You will also learn that a number of mainstream
conservative think tanks like the Heritage Foundation have
studied and written about Agenda 21.
Tom DeWeese is one of the nation's leading advocates of
individual liberty, free enterprise, private property
rights, personal privacy, back-to-basics education and
American sovereignty and independence. He is the Founder and
President of the American Policy Center.
Mr. DeWeese will reveal the true intentions of those pushing
sustainable development through the United Nations' Agenda
21. The seminar will not only inform you about the UN’s
Agenda 21, MORE IMPORTANTLY, YOU WILL LEARN WHAT YOU CAN DO
TO STOP IT!
Seating is LIMITED. Please order your ticket early. Tickets
are $19.00 (includes lunch) until 1/21/2012, $25.00
